(02-24-07) I'm 15 and almost weigh 200 pounds, my last day of school was today and I'm tired of it! I definately have low self- esteem, especially at school. So I want to become a whole different person when I go back to school in August, and show everyone that this is the new me, and that I love myself for it. My target will have to be at least 60 pounds. I have all the rest of this month, all June, all July and the first week of August to achieve my goal. So please if you have any "healthy" tips for me to lose all this weight please help me. I will definately appreciate it. Thank you.

Run/jog, lift weights, DON'T SIT AROUND THE HOUSE, drink lots of water, and eat less calories then you burn.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Hi there,

I found myself in your shoes when i was 15.. I am 17 now and much healthier now than I was then.

I'll tell you some things I did. I stopped drinking soda. I stayed primarily with water. Thought of my goal everytime I had a desire for TWO slices of pizza, so i had one. Or TWO hot dogs instead of one.

I found that just limiting my intake was a lot better than removing foods I loved.

Also, most important.. get out and exercise. I started running when I was 15 and at 17 I had a minor heart attack. The heart attack had nothing to do with the running, but my hearts electricity. Regardless if i had never started running my heart wouldn't have been healthy enough to sustain. So exercise does more wonders than just weight loss.

Moderation. Discipline. Exercise.
-That will be your way to success. Good luck.

etox is the best way to loose excess fat from ur body for ever
These new habits help you keep the bloat off and lose more weight.
It’s well known that today’s secret of most men and women for successful weight loss and maintenance is the Medifast
weight loss program. The first and best way to burn fat is to modify your current diet. There are three simple ways
you can begin to modify: reduce calories, reduce sodium, and reduce fat. For example, by substituting a glass of
water for a carbonated beverage, you can cut approximately 150 calories or more, depending on how much is consumed.
Even if it were fruit juice instead of water, you would still reduce calories by approximately 50 - 100..
what causes these unwanted gains in weight and bodyfat? There are three possible reasons this can happen:
(1) Eat late at night (2) Exceed your normal caloric intake (3) Lack of exercise or physical activity.
The best way to speed up your metabolism is through cardiovascular (using the heart) exercise. Weight
training is perfectly fine, but isn't needed to burn fat. It is best to do cardio on an empty stomach.
The second best way to speed up the metabolism is by increasing meal frequency. Instead of eating 2 - 3
meals per day, try eating 4 - 5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snack meals.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

the trick is not to be idle the whole day.
do anything that you possibly can do, as long as it keeps you busy.

and it will always help that you go sign up for a sports clinic or something..

cut down on your junk food or carbohydrates and exercise!

but don't be afraid to indulge once in a while.

and if you don't reach that goal, be happy of who you are and what you do. weight doesn't really matter.

I know a young man who was in your situation. He started jogging, every day... He thined out to a great size by the end of the summer.

Eat more fruit, don't drink soda EVER, and avoid fatty foods.

Do not cut out carb's.. Do not cut totally out fat, do eat more veggies and fruits (they contain water which leaves the body faster)

Summertime is the best time for fruits and veggies so you are picking the right part of the year to do this.

Good luck.
