First i had cheerios for breakfast (OKAY) then i had a chicken ceasar sald for lunch (okay), then i had gummies (BOOO) then after school i had the worst possible thing ever, it was a hero with the following,

ham,bacon,sausage,egg,cheese,ketchup,salt, pepper

So good yet so bad

The i got home, felt fat and went to excercising here's what i did- elliptical, 30+ min 250+ calories burned, then i went to squats and calf raises, 4 sets of 25 each, then i hit the abs for a bunch of crunches, leg lifts, etc. for 15 min, then i had salad for dinner, south beach bar for snack, a small peach, and 2 cups of green tea, 1 bottle of water.

anything i can do to make up for it tomorrow, which happens to be the worst day to be strict, a friday!!

Not so bad at all, especially coupled with the workout.
Even your "pig out" was mostly protein, so good for you.

The best thing that you did, IMO, is exercise even though you had eaten the gummies, and ALSO that you then had a healthy rest of the day.

Cheerios for breakfast sort of set you up, IMO, because it's just a simple carbohydrate. The gummies were SO simple a sugar that you couldn't have done anything but pig out after eating something like that.

Don't "make up" for anything tommorrow. Eating in a healthy manner is just a lifestyle thing, a day at a time. Have a fresh start tommorrow, and just decide in advance what you're going to do about the fact that it's a Friday. Beer? Nachos? the more you plan, even your less-healthy choices, the more successful you will be.
Being "good" or "bad" with food is a set-up.

yeah, i do know what you imply. like, folks who're constantly so great jsut sooner or later come to a decision to being whole asses. and sure. i have been having an terrible day. i'm caught betwwen emotions for my very staight nice buddy and a woman who i simply met this yr, at the same time my buddy and i've identified eachother for 10 years now. my dad and mom kind of hate me. the very first thing they did this morning used to be yell at me. i failed a math experiment. i triped. two times. i won weight. it isnt a laugh =[

You didn't do too bad today. Just go back to your usual good eating habits tomorrow and don't worry about it.
