i'm 13 1/2, weight 128 pounds, and I just got done with track. i'm not very athletic, and there's times where i just feel huge! everyone says i'm skinny and crap, but those same people are at the most 120 pounds. i fell a s though i'm constantly starving myself, but i just keep gaining weight. should i try something else? i want to lose at least 20 pounds by the end of the summer but have NO idea on how to accomplish it.
