eat less and work out more. If your new to exercise , talk to your doctor. Start with a walk. Green tea is good to add to your diet.

I'm on a low calorie diet (I eat subway, lean cuisine, fruits and vegetables). I've lost 5 pounds in 1 week so far. I drink a fiber supplement it has omega 3 and a bunch of healthy stuff in it. I go to the bathroom about 3 times a day.

What I did was calculate my BMR (you can go here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ and calculate yours). Then according to my height, weight and sex I got my calorie in-take diet. In order to lose weight I had to subtract 500 calories (no more than 1000 though) from my food intake.

And so I did. I now consume 1,242 calories a day or less while drinking my fiber. I also drink Genuine green tea.

I ordered Phentermine online, it should be arriving tomorrow. I will try that as well. I've heard plenty good things about that magic pill. :)

Hope I helped!

P.S. - Hey! to the guy who mentioned DDR -- yes! I'm also going to try that!!!! I play online, and I heard it's a great work out! Can't wait to buy a Wii and play :)

Its not a question of losing the weight, its a question of your determination to lead a healthy lifestyle. Having fought over my weight for so long, I finally asked a doctor that I worked with, I said " All you doctors tell me to lose weight, however none of you tell me how to do it" He looked at me and said " its all a question of lifestyle change - If you want to lose your weight, you need to focus on making healthy selections, by simply cutting out a snack, by choosing whole wheat rather then white, by not taking the second slice of pizza - you can lose a pound or so a week. It may not seem like al ot, but in 6 months - thats 24 pounds, in 12 months thats 52 pounds!"

When he put in that aspect, I no longer needed to diet, simply stay conscious of my food selections. - Hope that helps

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First find out if you have a toxic body. This can tell you if your body will react at the diet. You can see that by trying one day with fruit only. If no weight loss on the scale, that it. Try one week to detoxification, drinking 1L natural fruit Or vegetable jus/day, and fruits. ONLY that for a week. If you fill starving for the first 2 day, is ok, and if you can;t resist, add soya protein in you jus. That help. Normal the body will react next few weeks. Second week just add normally food, but so long you cant accept as much as before.
Be strong, and don't abandon!

You know a really fun way to exercise? DDR. Dance Dance Revolution is an awesome game that I just recently tried. If you don't know what it is, look it up on wikipedia. It is tons of fun and can be done at home. It's really a workout too!

i suggest jogging. Jogging is better than running cause its at a better pace so you can jog longer and therefore burn more fat. If you need a program to start you out, theres a great one listed as the source. also i suggest eating healthier.
