My suggestion would be to concentrate on your education. With special interest in spelling and grammar.
Next... do not trust a web site. What you seek can not be read about and practiced to obtain proficiency. You need to practice with a teacher. The only teachers I know that can come close to teaching you what you ask are found teaching Tai Chi or are Shaolin monks. The monks are famous for the ability to focus chi to avoid injury and prove it to the amazement of anyone that has witnessed a demonstration.
Your road will not be an easy journey. There are many martial artists that have practiced years to learn what you are looking for and never even scratch the surface.

yes, you can flow chi in many ways. A good fist to assit at a kinesthetic level is known a seiken (nihongo). Roll your fingers in, and keep your thumb up. Then extend your index finger as if pointing. Now contract the index finger down without bending the last joint. The index finger should be lying on top of the base of the muscle of the thumb and point towards the elbow. Finally, drop the thumb down over the last joint of the index finger firming it into place. The fist will be well shaped (punching surface flat), feel full, and be less tense.

You need to concentrate your chi in your brain. What is pasifice? What is giwes? What is insracens?

Pasifice is SPECIFIC, giwes is GIVES, and insracens is INSTRUCTIONS. I don't know, but your bad english drew me in. And at least I clarified it for other people. Personally, I don't believe in all that spiritual stuff. When you fight you have cunning, strength, ruthlesness, and adrenaline.
