It's Greek and correction if I may, it is DECIPHER not uncypher it. :)

I think it means: three three one seven eight two eight eight five thirteen one thirteen one (3-3-1-7-8-2-8-8-5-13-0-13-1)
It may be a secret code.

It's Greek for "three, three, one,six,seven, eight, two, eight, eight, five, four, one, four, one" = 33167828854141
Matt's answer - immediately before mine, is correct, but he has left out the 6 (the 3rd number)
