Doesn't that make Allah in debt to his creation?

Correct me If I'm wrong. but there is nowhere in any of God's scripture that says Judas died on the cross in place of Christ? The Books of Moses fortell the Messiah will atone for sin...Abrham said the lord will provide a lamb...Isaiah says so...Jesus agreed..when did the God of Abraham change his mind and why?

Hi Djmantx,

I am sorry to tell you, but that is not true, we cant earn salvation without faith, and without God. in Islam men cant work good deeds without Faith, and it is faith and work of righteousness that earns us salvation but our work or righteousness well not be accepted by God if we dont have faith. "Those who believe and do good deeds." , that is why believe is mentioned first, before good deeds. a Hadith states "All actions are based upon intentions," this is saying that it is your believe, intent, or faith is what you get rewarded for, not your actions.

Another hadith (saying from Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him) states, "A man came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and asked, 'When will the day of judgment come?' The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, 'What have you prepared for the judgment day that you are so concerned for it?' He replied, 'I do not have any good deeds in my account, but I do have one thing: I love Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him).' The Prophet (peace be upon him) then said, 'In that case, do not worry; you will be with those whom you love.'" this again shows that faith is more important than good deed.

Another hadith (saying) of the Prophet (peace be upon him) states, "Unless one loves Allah and Allah's Messenger more than one's own self his iman(faith) is not complete." so again it is not the works but the faith that is more important, and of course man can not gain heaven without the will of God, we can not even walk without the will of God i.e.(not having legs)

That's why God, in the Holy Koran never meant for Man (Jesus) to earn salvation on behalf of mankind in the first place, but only Man theorised this.

Therefore, depends on individual if they want to worship a fellow man or God. How can I worship a fellow being that eats, sleeps, ****, farts and vomit, and end of it die?

I am sure no one wants to prove that Jesus, peace be upon him, did not do any of this human requirements?

End of the day, it all boils down to our beliefs, mate. Christians believe, that Jesus was crucified with the romantic notion of sacrificing soul for all mankind.

Muslims believe that Judas was crucified (in place of Jesus), after betraying Jesus to the Jews, by Gods power and was brought to Heaven for the 2nd coming.

But then, we Muslims, you Christians and Jews ultimately are brothers of the Holy Book, as we worship basically the same God.

So, why can''t we leave in peace?
