i like this girl but i dont think she likes me but i dont think she doesent like me if you know what i mean. and i need tips on asking her out please help me.

just talk to her about movies you've seen and then say a movie you want to see and if she says she wants to see it too then say "maybe we can go together"

How old are the two of you? How well do you know her? The best way if you don't want to put pressure on her or run the risk of getting shot down on the spot is to say to her. I'd would like to go out with you sometime. If you feel the same, give me a call and we can set something up. Then the ball is in her court.

Asking some if they like you is very hard maybe this person likes you and doesn't know how to show to show show it here are some ideas to it .
You could ask them or call them on them phone. If the person doesn't give you an answer right away don't force they will tell in time

Be friendly and casual and above all yourself. You don't want her to end up liking someone your pretending to be.
Take advantage of opportunities to get noticed and talk to her.
If you get the opportunity strike up a conversation. Even if it ends up being a short go nowhere conversation it's a start and might make it easier next time.
Confidence attracts women. You've got appear to be confident and relaxed, even if its only on the out side.

start saying hi to her in the halls. Do you have any classes with her. Find out, then talk to her about them. Try to be funny and nice, and then ask her to a social, like a dance or something. Or ask her to dance at the social. Doesn't have to be a dance, just something with a bunch of people, where it's not a formal date. I would like that.

You'll never know unless you ask her. If you're afraid she doesn't like you, ask her out somewhere as just friends. DO you like the same music, sports, movies? Say you have an extra ticket to "[insert something here]" and would be honored to have her come along. Good luck!!

Okay, this is what you do. You see the girl. You walk up to her. You say, "Hey, ____, do you like me?" She'll say "Yes". You say, "Cool I like you too, do you want to go out with me?" She'll say, "yayuh!". Now, if she says "no" to the first question, just go with the old "Good, cuz I DEFFINITELY do not like you! hahahaha giggle". So it works out. But, she might pull the old, "Why, do you like me or something?" Your choices would be either A) Just get some balls and tell her the truth, or B) Say, "I ASKED U FIRST!". And thats the way the cookie crumbles. :)

get some courage and just ask her out!
gosh its not that hard unless she's mean...in which case don't ask her out
but all you have to do is say "hey we should hang out sometime" is she responds in kind..ask for her number, make a date, make a deffinate plan
if she's like..."uh yeah sure with a whoel bunch of people and maybe like 6 months from now" then move on
us girls aren't that scary

well firstly you gotta know her, if you see that she is the girl that you want, why don´t you try first to make that you don´t feel nothing, maybe if she likes you she will react if you don´t even talk to her, or you can be yourself and tell her things that make her fell good and when you feel that is time you ask her out

well if you guys are friends already then just try to get some information or just ask her out. i usually like to be friends with the person before i go out with someone.

If your not friends with her yet then start to get to know her better. Ask her questions about herself and try to get to know eachother. Before you know it you will be hanging out as friends...then ask her out. Be bold and go for it. GOOD LUCK!!
