Ok, so i have to wake up at 6:30 every morning for school, and that time in the morning im not hungry. I know it is not healthy to skip breakfast but i dont think its healthy to eat when you're not hungry. My lunch is at 11:20 and im starving. Is it ok to just eat then or should i force myself to eat breakfast in the morning?

bring a snack...eat between classes...or when the teacher isnt lookin...or maybe if ur teacher is cool he or she will let you snack on something

If you wait untill your really hungry than you'll probably overeat. I eat a nice bowl of all natural rolled oats,golden raisins, and a bit of brown sugar in the morning. Does the body right. Remember eat something healthy in the morning and for the rest of your life for that matter.

i have this ame problem. i make my mom buy those special K bars and i eat them in my second class. its not AS early. i even wake up at 6:30. but i had lunch at 12:26! so i HAD to eat something or i was starving. Try lil cereal bars that you can take with you and eat when ever you want. :)

Livewell, Hi - Phil Connors here. Here's the scoop. Your body needs nutrition when you wake up in the morning to get your metabolism going. My advice, if your not hungry, drink a protein drink available in many different flavors at your health food store - muscle milk, even Slim Fast will get you off to a great start. Good luck. Phil.

If you are not that hungry in the morning, but through midday before your lunch, carry around a snack to munch on, like a fruit, or even a cut up sandwich.

Why don't you just eat something small, like a yogurt, smoothie, banana, or breakfast bar? Sometimes you don't realize you're hungry until you do eat something. Your brain's not going to perform at its best if it's running on empty.

you should try to eat something in the morning even if it is half of a breakfast bar or something. you need to eat in order to get your metabolism going...or just sneak a snack in at school some time before lunch

Breakfast is important, that is what it is called, break fast! Get it. Plus your brain works better on fuel. Take the time to eat a bowl of cereal at least.

Maybe try taking something lite and simple with you like a bar or banana or something? That way you're not filling up when you're hungry but you're still putting something in your belly to survive by lunch.

Eat breakfast if you can or maybe pack something healthy that you can eat in between classes. It will be so much more healthy and get your brain going!

I have that problem too.I skip breakfast;I just take a tiny snack bar with me to school 4 lunch
