A mix of cedar-wood shoe trees and a good foot powder will do the trick for you.

The foot powder goes in when you put the shoes on in the morning.

The shoe trees go into your shoes when you're not wearing them. It keeps them stretched out, and the cedar helps dry out your shoes (preventing the growths that cause smell) and eliminate smells as cedar is often used to do.

You could try febreeze on your shoes. Let them dry really good. Use spray antiperspirant on your feet. Let it dry and then foot powder. Never wear closed-toed shoes without some kind of sock and wear open toed shoes as often as you can. Good Luck!
