Yes of course,that's why the the lady justice statue were blindfolded to give an equal rights and justice for all mankind whatever your status in life is.Except maybe on Paris Hilton,cause that balloon headed lady had a lots of money that they were able to find an eye donor to the Lady Justice,so she could see her and gave her a ligther sentence.Lucky Brat.

Celebrities must be treated just like normal people when apprehended for a crime. Laws must be equally applied to all people no matter what their stature in the society.

Yes. Not only are they no better than the rest of the populace, they are in fact role models for many people. Now, if they are allowed to start 'getting away' with breaking the law, it gives it a stamp of approval for all of those who are fans of those people.

Celebs are regular people as well as people who are not
the only difference between them and us is their more famous
