That's an awlful lot of exercise. If you're not feeling fatigued, and you're not working the same muscle groups daily (abs are okay) there's nothing to worry about.
If you're trying to put on any mass it won't happen this way, but you'll be a lean machine.

Oh, I thought you said lifting..you said wrestling- yeah, you'll be very lean.

Over training is very common, I've been a victim of that, and at one time I was taking creatine, at that can help lead to over training. Try breaking up your workouts, giving yourself time to rest and your muscles grow, and you'll be surprise how big you'll get in that time. And make sure you eat plenty of lean meats, getting plenty of rest and protein. Over training can lead to chronic fatigue and a potential of injury, by the way by not letting your body rest your hurting the penitential massive gains, so take it easy, trust me it will go a long way. And yes you will be still in good shape, those guns will not just disappear.

overtraining occurs over a period of time when the CNS is not allowed to fully recover after high intensity exercise. for the most part the muscles will be fully recovered after 48 hours of strenuous exercise.

you want to make sure that you ingest some protein and a decent portion of low GI complex carbs about 2-3 hours before training. you want to repeat this immediately after training to aid recovery and to replenish muscle glycogen

You are fine as long as you sleep 8 hours a day, Eat as much as your body wants, and drink a lot of water.

A human body can get used to almost anything, so unless you feel constantly tired, then you are not over-training yourself.

yea you'll still be in good shape but you probably need to limit all that cardio you'll burn off all your muscle cause I'm guessing you don't have too much fat so after you burn fat you burn off muscle and it has been known that wrestling guys can be anorexic
