Quite possible, the signs of attraction are there. Just be careful, your treading on hot coals here. Clear it with the brother first perhaps? or at the least tell him otherwise he will feel like the friend betrayed him.

u didnt tell the age. if u r say 12 and he is 16, he is just being friendly becuase u r his bro's sis. but if u r both the same age or like a year apart, then he could very well like u.
