Guys love a girl who can make the first move. Maybe don't kiss him (that might scare the crap out of him, lol), but definitely make a good size move toward him and he will appreciate it. Tell him upfront what you want. If he's just shy about HIMSELF, I don't see why you'd have anything to worry about.
