ok..well summer is coming..and i really want to lose weight..because in summer i eat alot!
so i need help..
and need to eat foods..that will help me lose fat..like a food that will help burn fat immedialty or something close to immediatly..and i know..im going to get a summer job..and
excersize everyday for atleast an hour or 2!

dont eat starchy foods, fatty foods, or big portions. Do 100 crunches per day and drink 12 cups of water.

Make sure she drinks 1/2 gallon of water at least everyday... Fruits such as apples are good to eat for losing weight. As for growing, theres not much you can do. But im a 21/F and im short and I love being short. My boyfriend is tall and sexy and he loves my shortness.. even my thickness! So tell her not to worry.. Milk is good, but skim milk is lowest in calories. I, myself am on a strict diet and I dont drink the stuff...... Grapefruit is a myth.... its grose tasting and theres much better things to eat that are just as low in calories that dont have the same bitter taste. FRUITS AND VEGGIES!! Water...... and excersise...... SUN!!! ohhhh the sun is my addiction now... instead of food..

salads with no dressing, oatmeal, whole wheat cereal the hot kind, meat broiled,baked,boiled, vegetables.
