If there are children, I think the woman should stay home for the most part until the children are older, and do the cooking and stuff in the meantime.
If there are no children, the woman should work full time and split the housework or work part time and do most of the housework.

There are a lot of guys that would love and much prefer to have their woman enjoy the priviledge of staying at home, but since for the average guy that's not possible, he needs to reasonably get up off the couch and relieve her of a lot of the housekeeping and lend a few feet and backrubs. Hey, some of us value a classy wife that'll help build our home with her earnings!

omg u dient really just ask the guys that question did cha..oh that was a retorical question. honey this is the yr 2007 it takes 2 incomes to maintain a well financed life style these days. n then some if u got kids. n as for the house work..50/50 is how it should be if u plan on staying married n being happy ...

The woman should just concentrate on being beautiful, and ready for me to make love, and the house servants will do all the house work. Michelle Pfeifer in the movie Scar Face was the perfect wife.

depends on the situation, financially I guess. If I get a great job I dlove to support my family, help from my wife getting a job is a plus which can help me out. I was born with two hands so i can cook and clean so my wife doesnt have to. I love women.

well personally since i kind of am christian i would say stay home but i dont believe that way personally i think it should be 50/50 and maybe thats good enough to get me the best

Not any modern man can or would think for a woman. She must think for herself and decide what is best for her. If she decides to stay home and cook and clean then don't think he demanded it of her. This is not a man's world. You are who you let yourself be.

I respect women, I do my part any way I can in a relationship. I don't have kids yet, but when I do I want them to know they can always count on me, it is the thing I look forward to most in my life. My parents were abusive drug addicts... Marriage wont work unless the couple is a partnership, each helping each other any way they can.

i dont have a problem with the woman working, but id rather her stay home, its just something about supporting her that makes me fell good, i dont know how to explain it, maybe its a guy thing i dont know, but id rather support my girl than her have to go out and work, my girlfriend always tries to take me out and pay for the dinner, but i wont ever go unless she lets me pay for the dinner
