i'm 13 and have longish dirty blonde hair. what hairstyle would look best on me?

Hmmm since we cannot see you we can only guess. The longer your hair the more up keep it will be. Most salons have books you can look at to see if any of those styles appeal to you.
You can look up pictures on the Internet and print one off and take it to your stylist and get her/his opinion. Talk to you stylist and see what they think remember that is their job cutting hair all day long on lots of people most stylist will not charge you to discuss a cut with you good luck.
