I understand why Democrats want to create a one party system but this feels like Occupation disguised as amnesty and they wont use either one of these terms to describe what is going on here.----Have we just been taken over if we don't fight this?------if so who will be the next to occupy the US? Mr. Taliban----or---China?

I am feeling so betrayed right now-----many of these politicians are or were lawyers----------shouldn't they be able to do better than this for US?
Wish we could get rid of career politicians. Can we win this?

I am new at this amnesty and illegal occupation thing-----have always liked the people from the south of our border-----many are very wonderful folks-----now people are saying I am prejudiced and a hater because I ask some very very real and genuine questions????? I don't intend to offend anyone------just want to get a perspective of what to expect.

It is not occupation, it is about more votes, for more power and control.
I am not kidding you, the socialists in the dem party will do ANYTHING to get more power and control of this country, of your freedoms and most importantly control of your money.
When pelosi was running this fall what single word did she use more than any other.............. CONTROL
Do not mistake what is going on, we are under attack by the socialists, and if WE do not do something to stop it the end is near.
Listen, seriously, we are nearing Armageddon, this is the end if we do not stop the socialists. Americans are preparing today, as we speak for a war, in our country.
This is serious people, you thing I am some kind of repub schill, I am not, I am a liberal, a real one, albeit a hard core capitalist, and we are on the very edge of destruction. AMericans who have the will, are at the edge, if we do not turn this socialist takeover of our country by the voters, there are others who will do it, but the blood shed will be tremendous.
I am warning you, this is serious, this is not partisan politics, this is the edge of destruction, we have to stop the socialists now before it is too late.

No, it's not an occupation. It is a predicament that can and should be avoided by politicians who swore to uphold the Constitution and protect and defend the United States of America. It is a measure of how little that really means to them that there is even a bill being discussed in the Congress that mentions amnesty. What that is really is a whole bunch of rich guys and gals that think either their business interests will profit by cheap labor or that they can advance their political careers easier in future when most of the amnesty using Mexicans and other illegal aliens have become citizens and vote a great big Democratic block in every state.
What they fail to see is that the nation could be endangered even more than it is right now by "sleeper" terrorists that come in in time to participate in the amnesty. And worse yet, this bill actually seems to be diluting the security upgrade that is already mandated for the border fence project, actually reducing its budget and length to be built.
Wonderful. Shall we impeach them now or wait until the street wars actually begin?

Amnesty is not the same as occupation. The occupation has already begun. The amnesty bill is a declaration of surrender.
btw, anyone who tries to blame this bill on the Democrats is an idiot. It's a Republican president pushing for this bill and pressuring other Republicans to go along. Without Bush's support, this bill wouldn't even be on the floor. Until more Republicans start facing up to what's gone wrong in our own party and demanding that we walk it like we talk it, we will not be a viable alternative for thinking Americans.

Not yet. No promises have been made yet, but it is scary when Congress people, our own government go on the news and try and sell their crap to allow illegals amnesty to the American people! Have the majority not already spoken? Did we not say NO????????
Liberals, nor some Republicans seem to want to listen to the majority anymore. I have a problem with that!
If we the people, don't stand the f up NOW, you bet we'll be ruled, and it doesn't matter by whom, only that America and all she stands for will be dead, Liberty, Freedom, and Justice.
Hello?......Echo, echo.....America, where are you?....Echo, echo.......

Unfortunately, the USA is self-destructing. We will fall from grace if we don't wake up. Like Rome upon its fall, the US is folding underneath the weight of its own decadence, self-serving leaders, bad policies, and the ignorance of a growing illegal population who don't care about our language, borders or culture

Yes, it's an occupation. Every time I go out after curfew, Mexican soldiers stop me and ask for my papers.
You're an idiot.
