so I have this one girl thats my friend, we both like eachother alot. but she has had to deal with her mom dying, which Is most likely why we are not going out. and tonight her mom died and tomorrow I am going to a party with her, the most important thing she wants in a relationship is a guy that is always there for her, I know this sounds wrong but how can I use her loss to win her heart. like what things should I say or do to prove Im always there for her when bad things such as this may happen

You know the best thing/ smallest thing you could do, but will definitely go a long way is.......be there for her. If her mom just died "be her shoulder to cry on" that will let a person know you care b/c you are there at a most needed time. Don't push it though and try to tell her how you feel about her give that a little bit of time but you know like I said tell her that you're there for her no matter what. It will be hard and may take some time. So be patient.

Well, that's nice. It really depends on what kind of girl she is - if she's sorta independent, she might not like you telling her how sorry you are that her mom died. Or if she's not into physical stuff, don't cuddle up to her and start making out. It's your call, really - just be around and be willing to let her cry on you.

thats sick. don't use it. if she figures out thats what your doing she'll hate you forever.
but you being her friend, ask her if she really wants to go to the party tomorrow considering. let her know that she can not go if she's not feeling up to it. and simply be there for her, she's going through alot. so just be there for her. be there just to listen and to sit with her. but don't do it for selfish reasons, girls can smell a fake a mile away. but if you do this sincerely and with love for her she will tell and maybe then something will come fromit.

don't use her loss for your gain! that is mean. if you really like her, just be there for her. be a shoulder for her to cry on, talk to and don't talk against her mom. listen to what she has to say, tell her that you understand how she is feeling. let her know that you are there if she needs someone to talk to.
