I'm broke, and there are only 2 options to give my little 18 year old cousin (a girl).

I CAN EITHER GIVE HER A HARDCOVER INSPIRATIONAL BOOK --OR $50 IN CASH:
WHICH IS BETTER??
ESPECIALLY SINCE HER PARENTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR ME??

My opinion is the $50... My son graduates this Sunday from High School. In the long run the book would be the best, most likely a graduate could use the cash now!!!! Congrats!!!

you're able to get them a $50 Visa present card from the financial business enterprise that way they are in a position to apply it everywhere. they could get the e book and function some money left to get a gallon of gas for the holiday. ok a a million/2 gallon of gas.

Go for the $50 option. That way, your younger cousin can buy whatever she wants.

i like the book idea, esp if it gives a special meaning... i gave a book like that as a gift and i also wrote a long letter inside the front cover.. its very personal, and maybe she can take it to college w/ her.. anyone can just give $$

I think it is perfectly fine to give money for a graduation. She would certainly appreciate it whether she is headed for college or work.
