find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)

dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.

Sit ups actually done isolate the abdominal region and there's no such thing as spot reduction. Cardio and diet will trim your tummy. Here's a little trick....women tend to carry alot of water weight around the midsection which makes you look and feel heavier. Try eating food with natural diuretics for dinner (berries, asparagus). And try not to eat bread pasta or starchy carbs with your dinner (a lean protein and lots of veggies will be great). In a few days you'll notice your abs are tighter...of course exercise too!!!

Try eating mini meals every 3 hours. Make sure each meal is a few ounces of protein (chicken, tuna, etc) and some type of green veggie (1-2 cups). No salt, no dairy. Within 1-2 weeks you will see a difference.

you can do sit ups and avoid water/any liquid rite after you eat wait atleast 30 min after you eat to consume any beverage...also drink water before you even start a meal...take your vitamins and sit ups help also running/jogging/brisk walkin and you can easily lose MORE than 15 lbs in 3 months....so you have plenty of time and consistency is the key here to lose any kind of weight...be consistent with the meals, and exercise however start low and then extend your workout routine wutever it is...for instance, 6 pushups one week and then 8/16 etc and then in which ever way you feel comfortable....

So here I am listing some of the best ways to get rid of love handles:
· Healthy diet
Going on a healthy diet can be really helpful in getting rid of love handles. You can go for low carb diets and low calorie diet. While using these diets, you have to some of your favorite stuff like sweets. Your diet should include proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals required for body to function properly.
· Cut the salt
The amount of too much salt in your diet is responsible for around 80% of love handles. High amount of sodium in your body will direct to "water retention," which makes love handles more prominent. So reduce the amount of salt in all kind of food you use.
· Cardio Training
The key to having great abs is burning more calories than you take in. Aerobic training combined with the tips above does just that. If you want to get rid of love handles then get up off the couch and go for a walk, take a bike ride, or play some hoops. Find something you like to do and keep doing it.
