It's great if you want to end up in the hospital due to starvation. This is a horrible diet, Hon. You include no grains and almost no dairy, protein or vegetables. You have to eat a MINIMUM of 1500 calories a day to stay healthy. With this, you'll just end up hoarding fat because you'll be starving your body. Please seek the advice of a doctor and dietitian before you hurt yourself. Good luck.

you are only gona lose water weight and muscle doing this, you will NOT lose any fat. also you will slow down your metabolism dramatically and gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal again.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

no, your starving your nody far to much, and the suagrs in the fruit wont help much either. Try eating lots of chicken, grains (cereal) and get some carnation instant breakfast (rich chocolate) it tastes just like chocolate milk, exactly and it give you loads of protein. The breasfast's and lunch's seem good, but for dinner, try eating alot, but healthier. If you dont feed yourself enough, you will starve your metabolism and you will gain weight, unless you just dont eat in which u will look like Nicole Richey, lol. The motto would be "Eat more....but eat healthier!"
Hope this helps
Oh ya, and as for the cardio, do this
Monday: 30 minutes of cardeo
Tuesday: 30 minutes of weight taining
and swtch back and forth like that, doing nothing on the weekends. this is from Glamour.com
(check it out, you can get set up on your own personalized eating and exercise plans for free!!!!)
You could also try this hollywood diet, known as one of the easiest one. Eat every two hours, but eat something small and healthy like a fruit or granola bar, and eat your meals as well, eat alot, but eat healthy (vegetables, white meat chicken) the reason they say to eat every 2 hours....it gives you no time at all to get hungry, so you wont pig out when u eat your meals.

You are supposed to have at least 1200 calories or you will lose mostly muscle and you will get dehydrated and weak. What you listed there is about 600 calories. 30 minutes is good for a start, but to really see weight-loss results you want to work up to 1 or 2 hours a day of intense aerobic exercise.

How long do you plan to do this diet? If it's more than 2 days you will only succeed in putting your body into starvation mode. Without knowing your weight and how much you are trying to lose, it's difficult to advise you. However, you do need to take in at least 1400 calories a day minimum to efficiently lose weight without starving yourself. If your body feels starved it will cannibalize your muscles to make up for the lack of fuel.

It seems rather restrictive. This plan does not supply you with adequate amounts of protein, fiber, vitamins, and calories to keep your body functioning, let alone healthy. If you are looking to lose weight, you need to make sure you are taking in enough calories to keep your body fueled and metabolism going. Consuming too many calories causes us to gain weight, and it's that reason that makes many people believe that they must eliminate as many calories as possible in order to lose weight, and often try eliminating more calories than is healthy or realistic. When you do not take in enough calories, your body is thrown into starvation mode, which makes losing weight more difficult than it needs to be. Starvation causes your metabolism to slow down, and it is more likely that what calories you do eat will be automatically stored in your body rather than burned off. Also, this type of restrictive dieting is just setting yourself up for binge eating, muscle loss, and eventually failure. To save yourself that ordeal, make sure you are feeding your body properly. In general, your calorie consumption should be no lower than 1200 calories a day. Your basal metabolic rate (BMR; resting meatbolic rate is a similar formula, and likely more accurate/appropriate) is how many calories your body burns on it's own in a day. Eating fewer calories than your BMR or RMR, but keeping in mind to eat enough to keep you out of starvation mode would be an effective means of weight loss.
I also would recommend you not eat the exact same thing every day. It leads to boredom and forces your everyday life, social life, and plans to revolve around your diet. I may be way off here (and if I am I apologize), but your question suggests that there is something more significant than simply wanting to lose weight or modify your diet at play here. Try not to get too caught up on the food aspect of the whole thing (which I can relate to based on my own personal experience with an eating disorder). Simply put, food is fuel necessary for life and nothing more than that. Don't associate or think of certain foods as good or bad, allowed or not allowed, safe or unsafe. Food shouldn't rule you nor should it be the central focus of your life. Good luck and I hope I didn't ramble on too much for you.

is an online calculator that will estimate your BMR and RMR, as well as an activity calculator...remember the more active you are the more calories your body will burn.

It sounds like a good start, but after a week of two of that, you are going to get bored...spice it up a little with different fruits and instead of meat everyday, throw in fish every so often, like two or three times a week. Your body needs the omega-3. Also, don't be afraid to have granola or oatmeal in the morning along with fruit as well.
Also, stay away from sodas, but having a small piece of chocolate is ok now and then.

Breakfast & Lunch sounds good but Dinner sounds way too light. Your body needs more food to pack on energy. Try eating a salad for dinner, lean meat is o.k. too. Drink lots of water all day. Try doing 1 hour of Cardio every day instead of just 30 minutes.

Yea, if you can do it, fine, I'd fail that diet right before I ate lunch!
I recently heard that the "eat big at breakfast" diet, is pretty popular and can be very succesful.
Eat like a King at breakfast, a prince at lunch and a pauper at dinner. By reversing your meal size, you have all day to work off the big meal at breakfast and by supper, if you just eat small like a bowl of fruit, you will lose weight!!
Good luck, my favorite is the Atkins diet, I lost weight with that one, just wasn't strong enough to continue in the maintain stage and I gained it back

you arent consuming enough calories.... you shouldnt be eating less than 1200 for a female trying to lose weight. And you will get really hungry and really bored. You are only eating maybe 400-600 calories... this is called anorexia.
