Well I am like 5ft tall and weigh about 150 and I am very uncomfortable w/ my weight and I need a easy diet plan and scedul I will do anything! no starving myself!

I think the most efficient "diet" is eating about 5-6 small portions a day. Try to make each meal have everything you need according to a food pyramid(http://www.mypyramid.gov). You should of course try to limit sugary foods and saturated fats (fried and junk food). Also try not to snack and don't eat when your stressed. Just try to keep a balanced diet and keep trying different things everyday. As for exercise, try to find a schedule that fits your life. Don't overdo it.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Great question!If your looking for the right answer your going to get it .......................... 3, 2 ,1.................Eat healthy,no fast foods no cake or ice cream.Eat at least 6 healthy meals not too big though!Exercise as much as u can a day! That's acully the quickest way to lose weight!No matter how much weight u wanna lose!

Once I did this, it was really hard but it totally paid off! Don't eat any sugar or starch for ten days, I lost 11 pounds and and was a lot healthier then I've been for a while.

Drink A LOT of water-this helps fill you up-but NOT fill you out. LMAO!
Also, try and eat 3/4 of what you'd normally eat.
Limit to one snack a day.
Don't drink a lot of milk-pretty fatty.
Instead of eating all at once, try and space it out by having light snacks throughout the day (e.g.-wheat thins, cheerios, fruits/vegetables, ect.)

I highly recommend Weight Watchers. I've tried a few plans in my life, and WW gives the best results in a reasonable amount of time. Like anything, you get out of it what you put in it. Good Luck!

Eat foods that aren't as refined (brown rice as opposed to white rice, etc) because they'll fill you up more and so you won't eat as much. Also, eat smaller meals, but eat more of them. (five small meals as opposed to three big ones). Measure your food out according to serving size.

eat three meals a day, not to big, one snack 2 hours after lunch, excercise at least 3 days a week for at least an hour.

eat healthy. no trans fat. try to avoid fatty foods in general. exercise.

u just eat grape! when u feel hungry u just eat grape or banana. they are high fiber.
