How much are you having this coffee? I would say once or twice a day at the most. If you think that quitting is the best thing, think of all of the money you are going to save. If you have 2 starbucks drinks a day at $3.50 each... that is $7.00 a day... $49.00 a week.... and $2555.00 a year. Think about all of the other things you could purchase with that extra two and a half thousand dollars!

Having a lot of something is never good.I love Starbucks as well, same way I love candy. But,I can't be addicted to them. When you're addicted to something,it means you are not strong to leave them...LOL.But seriously,I think it should be moderate. If you eat properly, work out and in the weekends you feel like you should have a nice frappucino, that wouldn't hurt.
Or,if you have a small coffee with one pack of sugar, every day or every two days,I don't think it's too bad.Green tea is very good,I am not sure if they have that over there because I always go for coffee when I go to Starbucks.I love coffee but too much caffeine is not good.
Just try to keep in balance.

You should quit if you're wasting your money on it every single day and its making you poor and poor but if you can stand it and it's like the only thing you can survive on then make it your guilty pleasure!
And if you don't like the sound of it then be proud of that guilty pleasure and then it won't be a guilty pleasure anymore!!! =D

Most of the US is addicted to caffeine in on form or another (mine is Mt Dew). Starbucks is one of the more expensive was to feed that addiction.

That's a very guilty pleasure. You're supporting a very greedy, lying company (they're not as earth-friendly as they claim.)
Go to your LOCAL COFFEE SHOP. Support the little guys. Their coffee is just as good (actually, much better, SB's plain ol' house coffee is AWFUL), and much much much cheaper. And there are less ignorant jerks at your local shop.

How many do you buy? It all depends, do you need to save money for a new car, college plans, a dream vacation? That Starbucks money may come handy if you have plans or dreams you want to achieve...

There certainly are a lot of other things you could be addicted to that are a lot worse than Starbucks.
If you don't mind the calories, I say "give in to your addiciton".
