ok so starts off i like this guy - my friend was mad at me so she told me he likes this girl in the grade above us. and i think she said that just to get me mad. my friend said he talks about her all the time but i was thinking ,sinse when does she talk to him? im like one of his best friends! she doesnt talk to him. can you please tell me what i should do!!! I COULD USE ALL THE HELP I COULD GET

He's talking about her all the time.... to her?????????????? She sounds like she wants what you want!! How long have y'all been friends? If she has her eye on the guy U like, and she wants your guy, she'll stop at nothing, including lying. Maybe U should re-evaluate your friendship?

Wow. I'd hate your friend to pieces. I mean...dude c'mon! Fake rumors?! I don't think she's a very good friend, is she?
Anyways, if you know wth is going on, then you shouldn't mind what she's telling you. If I were you, I would stop hanging out with people who lies for attention.
If you already know you're your guy's best friend, then I think it'd be easier to ask him if he likes you back. That's what you should do. Tell your friend to back off, and have a small talk with your guy.

Your friend is jealous crap face. You shouldn't talk to her anymore. She's on the verge of ruining your life.. and you should run away far far... so she will never ever find you. Anyways, She probably even made up the thing about him liking that other girl.

First thing, dump that friend. Those who tell you rumors will always be the ones telling rumors about YOU. She's shown herself to be non-trustworthy.

just dont do anything. well maybe find a new friend.......the guy might like you jsut flirt with him a little more and stuff.
ps if i were you i wouldnt be able to trust someone who makes up alot of rumors about people and it is obvious that your friend likes this guy too and his jealous of your guyses relationship. she simply wishes she were closer to him

It sounds like you want someone to go, nar she is just makin this **** up. Perhaps try asking the guy who he likes, either suttle like or less suttle. Its unlikely he will just fess up and tell him that he likes you, but his body language will tell you a fair bit.
Try fishing for info, dont be too obvious about your endgame tho
