having read the bible from cover to cover several times over, i do not recall him ever telling anyone or even saying that anyone would ever go to a physical place of suffering. but then again i don't memorize passages and i am an atheist so i don't use it to belittle or berate others so i could be wrong.

In the bible, how many times did someone asks Jesus if he/she was going to hell? I know Jesus would give an honest answer.

The word hell is mentioned 54 times in the bible...25 in the old testament...15 times Jesus mentioned hell

not once in the bible is there anything related to hell, except the lake of fire in revelations. The word translated as hell was gehenna, the grave. He spoke about people going off to an age of life, and others to an age of punishment, but that shouldn't make light of it, because they will be punished entirely, and not released until every last penny has been paid.

I don't remember any scriptures that say that. If there are will someone please give us the addresses because the examples above do not tell someone they are going to hell that I can see unless I over looked it.

By inference every time He told someone that unless they repented of sin and were born again they would not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
