Tuesday: [B]cereal, apple, [S]six crackers, half of a peach, [in between lunch and dinnertime]chinese, [later on]crackers, peach

Wednesday: [B]pancake, eggs, sausage patty, piece of biscuit and gravy, [L]apple (i know that was bad), [D]chinese

Thursday: [B]waffle with syrup, [S]cereal, peach (i just love peaches!), [later on] more cereal (love that too), [D]mac and cheese, apple, toast

I do eat lots of fruits, normally anyway, and I have Special K, too. In fact, I ate some today. When I said that I ate all those bread things such as waffles, biscuits, and such, I really don't make that sort of thing a habitat. Most of the time I eat yogurt, fruit, tilapia, and broccoli (i love it). That why asked if my diet (meaning eating habits and not just trying to lose weight) has been a little irregular lately.
Thanks for the answers!

Just make sure you eat about every 3 to 4 hours. Don't eat when you aren't hungry. But don't starve yourself either. How long were the exercises?? Light but longer exercises (done daily) are better than short vigorous ones.

In the Uk there is a push to get people here to eat 5 pieces of fruit / vegetables a day. From your diet above, you're not doing this. The idea behind eating so much fruit and veg is to maintain a flat-ish blood-sugar level - this alone will help you to loose weight. That you are also exercising is generally a good thing, but what type of exercise are you doing? Cardio / aerobic? For how long? Can you get advice on doing the right types of exercise to get the results you require

One of the best exercises is walking (needs no special equipment or training). For your 5'2" frame, you should really weigh between 110 - 125lb, (ideally having a waist of less than 32 inches) so you're not massively over weight (whatever the magazines tell you).

I would suggest that you cut down on the amounts of highly-processed, sugary / fatty foods (though life wouldn't be worth living without the occasional pleasure), you'll probably find that you naturally slide into the right weight range.

At your age I suspect you obsess about weight coz of the range of mags showing stick-thin models, I realise there is some way to go until the magazine creators and fashion designers understand that the world is made up of people who are all different shapes - you'll find that they're that shape because they were meant to be that shape - some models can eat tonnes of rubbish and don't put on an ounce, others REALLY have to work at maintaining their figure (otherwise they'd be out of a job, and probably have to work at the local Walmart).

It's not so much what you weigh as the quality of what you eat. At your age, you can eat rubbish, but as you get older you may have to pay for those pleasures through, obesity, diabetes, organ damage, mood-swings, colesterol, wind, ulcers...etc. So eat as healthily as your budget will allow and keep yourself fit.

Hope this is of some use

This is not changing ur diet but giving you healthier choices. Because u LOVE cereal and peaches why don't you buy special "k" cereal that has strawberries( this is my favorite type of cereal note: this is the only cereal I eat) it's healthier than the most of the cereals and it keeps u full. For peaches get a peach and oatmeal ( try buying the plain type) cook the oatmeal while cooking but keep an eye on it slice ur peaches in small triangles and place it in ur oatmeal! DON'T EAT THESE 2GETHER IT IS REALLY UNHEALTHY IF U DO!
For snack just eat a little bit. Ex: Those 100 calories pack, those granola bars try buying ones that sound good like strawberries or peaches, and try there oatmeal sphere crunchy things they have cinnamon, chocolate, and peanut butter.
For lunch and dinner eat something balanced like a chicken salad with honey ranch dressing.
U can eat something sugary once in a while like twice a week.

Actually it's not like now i'm 15 and i'm 125 but you see last year i NEVER ate lunch i don't even know why however i didn't exercise as much and i weighed like 138 This year i eat lean cousine every day for lunch and dinner and occasionally have one thing like a nutri grain bar for breakfast. No snacks. But i am cheering again and we run and exercise like crazy so thats where it comes off. Just make sure you eat something for breakfast lunch and dinner don't skip any meals. Also exercise your butt off.

Sound like you eat alot of bread items. crackers, pancakes, biscuts, toast, these could be causing you to gain the weight you have.

It actually doesnt sound that bad! It looks like you're getting all the different food groups, and you're giving youself variety, so you wont get bored of the food you eat! (darn, I think I might try that.)
