Ok, so you're having problems doing full-pushups. Try half press-ups =) in the position you would adopt for standard pushups, puth both of your knees on the floor and fulfill the same actions as you would for full pushups. Your body (particularly the shoulders) will strengthen over a short time to the point where you can confidently do the full push up.

Another method is to stand at an angle to a flat wall (note: it's the angle that will affect the weight being pushed). Lean in towards the wall and (keeping your hands at the same level as your shoulders - just as you would in the standard exercise position) do a push up. As you decrease the angle of your body to the ground (90 degrees means your doing practically no work - 45 degrees would be considered as half a press-up, etc) The idea being to eventually get your body into the right position where you could do a standard press-up

Hope this helps

Nothings incorrect. you likely don't have sturdy arm muscular tissues. attempt lifting weights a pair of cases per week and commence slowly on the pushups. perchance attempt appearing some female pushups first and then artwork on the actual pushups. do in basic terms each little thing one step at a time.
