6:30am- 1cup special k cereal and 1/2 cup 2%reduced fat milk, 20oz water
7:30am frozen banana
8am 5 almonds and 20oz water
noon baby carrots [1.3oz=15calories] and 20oz water
5:30pm small salad[no dressings] and a Bigg orange, 20oz water
and now im about to go eat some Organic Quakers instand grain oatmeal [100calories]

ran 2 miles and a half
200jumping jacks
600crunches
and 30push-ups


what do you think/tips/suggestions..anything?....
f i'm missing something i absolutely need everyday..please tel me what name the food with less fat/cals/carbs/etc,,

you need to eat more to lose weight -more veggies and more protein.
if you were doing crunches wright you would not be able to do more than 30 in one set plus they build muscle they dont burn fat and will make your belly look bigger.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min.

your not eating enough your actually starving your self. your probably not even fat. you will know what is when you see me. don't worry about it.
