6:30am- 1cup special k cereal and 1/2 cup 2%reduced fat milk, 20oz water
7:30am frozen banana
8am 5 almonds and 20oz water
noon baby carrots [1.3oz=15calories] and 20oz water
5:30pm small salad[no dressings] and a Bigg orange, 20oz water
and now im about to go eat some Organic Quakers instand grain oatmeal [100calories]
ran 2 miles and a half
200jumping jacks
600crunches
and 30push-ups
what do you think/tips/suggestions..anything?....
f i'm missing something i absolutely need everyday..please tel me what name the food with less fat/cals/carbs/etc,,
