Try drinking some Mylanta or similar type product to coat your stomach. Milk may work if you don't have Mylanta. Eat some dry toast, perhaps some chicken broth.
Excedrin Migraine has acetominophen (tylenol), aspirin, and caffeine in it. Next time, eat something just before you take it.

Milk, a few saltine crackers or a couple slices of bread may help you feel better.
Did you take the EM on an empty stomach? If you did, next time, try having something in your stomach so the stomach lining doesn't get so irritated.
Excedrin doesn't normally bother me but if I take a Goody powder on an empty stomach, I find it a little upsetting. I usually take those with milk and I'm good to go.
Any product containing aspirin can be an irritant to stomach linings. Don't take such products on an empty stomach or find one that is coated (Ecotrin is coated).

We have treated 15 - 20 yrs cases.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic. Pain killers mostly cause side effects.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food, sleeplessness, sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.

not saying the milk idea is a bad one, but try eating a peice of bread. It will sop up all of the juice in your stomach and most likely make it feel better. Milk just curdles because of the acid and can make your stomach worse.

Eat something. Excedrin is aspirin, and aspirin will upset your stomach if it is empty.
