You can't just assume that when a cat sneezes it has an Upper Respiratory Infection. This is less common in warmer weather (not saying it couldn't be one) but the cat could be FIV or FIP positive. Both are contagious an incurrable. (These are feline AIDS & Leukemia).
Flea treatments can trigger allergies in some cats but it is very rare and diarrhea most likely wouldn't be a side effect to Advantage. Assuming it isn't FIV or FIP which you would not know with out a blood test the cat most likely has worms as well.
If you can't afford vet care, most humane societies and local animal shelters offer the blood tests, shots, and medications at a fraction of the price so that this is affordable to people like you who are doing a wonderful thing to care for a stray instead of ignoring it and letting it suffer.

It sounds like an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection. They are extremely common in stray cats, and you'd probably never find a cat out of an animal shelter that HASN'T had one. S/he needs to go to the vet for treatment.

Well if it's a stray I'm assuming you haven't had it around long enough to get it vaccinated - sounds like an upper respiratory infection which can be caused by many viruses, most of which are covered in the feline combo vaccine (CVRPV). Many adult cats are able to recover from it on their own, but if they have other issues bogging them down (bad teeth, parasites, etc) it can easily turn to pneumonia and kill them.

all our 3 cats have been stray, i comprehend the way it feels while a cat exhibits you, you may seem after as many cats as you elect however the terrific cat is often the guy who exhibits you while it includes picking a house, they consistently say the cat chooses you and so it seems such as you have been chosen. at the start i assume there are not the different cats on your place so finding after this new cat does not be too lots of a undertaking, in basic terms pay attention for flees and ear mites on the cat, you may get droppers for the two and a prescribed direction of drugs won't value the earth. a similar is going for worming pills besides. As for feeding the cat in basic terms start up off with small quantities of feed in recurring the place your cat gets to comprehend meal situations and please do no longer over feed your cat as she/he could desire to become familiar with time-honored food. do no longer forget to alter the clutter tray on a daily basis as they do unlike grimy ones the two and of direction you do no longer choose stinky odours each and all of the time, different than that cats are very sparkling and could seem after themselves to a greater quantity. A examine up from the vet isn't something you may desire to do at present day till you notice your cat is in choose of scientific interest. there is a few very stable advice from the different contributors right here so terrific success and luxuriate on your new buddy, they're so candy and massive characters besides. meow

check you food, if you're feeding it cat food there was a huge poison problem in pet food not that long ago, if you're feeding it food, it may be allergic, pets can't always eat human food.
It might not even be the food, it may be that he caught a sickness outside somewhere.
you should catch him and bring him to a vet.
