Happily (or not, for some), Lost is not over. There will be three more seasons, each comprised of sixteen episodes. They will run without breaks and without repeats. But the next season won't start until February 08.

Lost is over for the season. There Will be more episodes. I believe until 2010.

There is going to be 3 more seasons. Season #4 begins January 2008 to May 2008, 16 episodes. It is slated to end May 2010. They are saying each of the remaining seasons will air in January and end in May.

No, ABC announced a few weeks ago that it was extending Lost to an end date of 2010. There will be a total of 120 episodes (counting the ones already aired), and they have an end in sight. I believe Jacks' flash-forward was a hint of that end.

No i don't think so that would have been just a stupid ending.
