I get so nervous when I talk in front of people. And don't say "do it in front of small groups of people then large." Because I'm at school right now, on my laptop, and I'm going to do my report in 2 minutes. I need some sort of way to speak in front of people with out being nervous or speaking quietly. HURRY answer PLEASE!

I learned to speak in front of a crowd by pretending I was a famous actress, and that I was performing. It seemed much less scary to be 'performing' than just being myself! I hope that helps - good luck!

youn will very seldom ever get out of being nervous speaking in front of people. the easiest thing that i have found tobe true is find either one persin or thing in the room and ack like you are talking to them. you can do this with people or objects. sometimes in a large group you can pick out two or three.

Whatever you do, don't picture them all in thier underwear. Not only will you be nervous, but you'll have a giggle fit.

I don't think there's anything you can do to get over that in two minutes. Sorry. Just do your report and don't look them in the eye. Remember, two hours later, none of them are going to remember anything you said.

Remember that nobody but the teacher is paying attention to you anyway. They are too busy siiting there, nervous about getting up and giving their report too.

Remember that nobody is better than anyone else. You are just as smart as they are. So, they are in no position to judge you. Smile, and think about the message you are presenting.
