I've heard a lot of opinions on this subject. Christians and Jews say he's God/Son of God. And Muslims say he was a great prophet. But if he was just a prophet then how can u explain the book of Revelation which is the revealing of Jesus and talks about how he holds the keys to whether u go 2 heaven or hell and how angels and others are gonna bow down to to the 'Lamb' etc.

He is the Lamb of God, The ONLY begotten Son of the Father. He is the one who died in your place to open your way to the Father. The Muslims are forbidden to read the Bible and do not believe in God the Father, Jesus the Son or the Person of the Holy Spirit. Every tongue will confess to the glory of God the Father that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

The Islamic view of Jesus lies between two extremes. The Jews, who rejected Jesus as a prophet, called him an imposter, while the Christians, on the other hand, considered him to be the son of God and worship him as such. Islam considers Jesus to be one of the greatest and most forbearing of prophets, in addition to Noah, Abraham, Moses and Muhammad, may God praise them. Jesus is also considered to be the Messiah as well. This is in conformity with the Islamic view of the Oneness of God, the Oneness of Divine guidance, and the complementary role of the subsequent mission of God’s messengers.

Bible Says that God is not Man

The Bible says:
“God is not a man…”

Hosea 11:9 “...For I am God, and not man...”

Jesus is called a man many times in the Bible:

John 8:40 “…a man who has told you the truth…”
God is not a man, but Jesus, may God praise him, was a man, therefore, Jesus was not God.

The written sources testify that "Jesus" or Y'shua of Galilee was the Son of God. In fulfilling key prophecies he demonstrated that he was divine and sent by God. In the resurrection, the Father, through the person of Jesus the Son, by the power of the holy Spirit, proved his claim to be God. This is what the church has defined as the mystery of the holy Trinity.
Muslims are not an authority on the person of Jesus. Jesus' character is not reconcilable with Muhammed, Muhammeds' teachings, or Muhammeds' Allah for that matter.

JESUS is the SON of GOD. HE prayed to the FATHER, not to HIMSELF. HE obeyed GOD, not HIS own rules. HE was one (of like mind) with and in GOD, HE prayed that those who followed and believed in HIM would be one in/with HIM as HE was one in/with the FATHER.
this clearly shows that GOD and JESUS were 2 separate beings. at the same time, all things were created through JESUS, and nothing was created without HIM. JESUS appears many times thought the old testament...HE was not a prophet...no prophet was born the way HE was and no prophet received a baptism the way HE did....and NEVER did a prophet or anyone else have the honour of the voice of GOD claiming HIM as a SON in whom HE was well pleased, from out of heaven, where all could hear.

Jesus, also known as God the Son, is the Second Person of the Trinity. As a clover has three sections but is one leaf, so the Trinity consists of three Persons but is one God; the other two Persons are God the Father (also known simply as God) and God the Holy Spirit (also known as Amazing Grace).

It's a weak analogy, but it worked with St Patrick and the Irish.

Jesus was a devout, sincere, and humble servant/prophet of Almighty God. His being born of a virgin woman had nothing to do with that. He had no control over his manner of birth.

He always gave Almighty God the praise, the glory, and worship He deserved, and taught people to do the same.

What was the point of him teaching others the "Our Father" prayer if he was God? He himself prayed to The Almighty, Whom he stated in the New Testament that He "was a spirit, and must be worshipped in spirit and in truth." He wasn't talking about himself, but The One Who sent him.

Almighty God is The Supreme Creator and Lord. Why does He need to pray? He doesn't have a creator. We do.

I have to answer this in the manner I have received the knowledge from my God. Jesus is very real and He is with God. However, it seems that he is a seperate entity, not one in the same. I know that many Christians who believe in the trinity will disagree and that is okay. This is just what I get when I talk to God about it.

He was the son of God, the final sacrifice for our sins. He can be viewed as a prophet because of what he taught. But that he was raised from the dead and ascended into heaven, and his teachings that even pointed out that he was the son of God.
