First of all, you won't be able to lose 2 pounds a day, every day. When you first start a diet, it is possible, but once you're on it for a while, 2 pounds per week is more realistic.
The best thing to eat or drink is WATER! (Drink it) Water helps to flush your body, and is imperative to a successful diet.
Good luck!

No diet will suffice. That is anorexia. I can lose 2 pounds in a week if I work very, very hard.
You can't lose 2 pounds a day with eating. No diets work at all.
Three things. I am a Junior Olympian with four coaches, believe me.
These are the most effective. No diets work. Low carbs DO NOT work. It is simply a myth.
1. Eat Healthy, not Less.
2. Drink Plenty of fluids and exercise with Cardiovascular, meaning just jog 30minutes-1hour a day.
3. Sleep well.

You would need to burn an awful lot of calories every day to loose that much weight, and you would end up gaining weight because muscle weighs more than fat. You might be able to do if for one or two days but not to loose a lot of weight. Most people find that when they start any type of diet they loose very quickly the first week, but it's usually mostly water. Also professional boxes will sweat and do whatever it takes to qualify for a weight class at the official weigh in but the next day (day of the fight) they have put back on 8-9 pounds.

I believe you're asking how to lose 2 pounds per week as trying to lose 2 pounds a day is dangerous. It is possible to do what you're asking but you will feel like sh*t and will end up gaining back more than what you lost.
It is a matter of simple math really and there isn't any single set of foods or drinks you can take. It really depends on your lifestyle, food choices, and your metabolism. The basic formula here is: if you take in more calories than what you can burn, you gain weight; you take in as much as you burn, you maintain your weight; you take in LESS than what you burn, you LOSE weight. Look up how you can compute your body mass index (BMI) on the internet and your daily calorie requirement and work from there. Start with a diet (not crash course) of high-fibre foods, fresh fruits and veggies, and lean meats. Also raise your metabolism by working out or moving around more.
Lastly, don't always rely on the scale to check your progress as water and lean muscle (which you would want to keep) also count towards your weight. Use the measuring tape as well as bulges are more visible to you and to others.

Two pounds a day will get you sick. Maybe two pounds a week. Just portion size, watch those sweets, and get some healthy action!
