When you say "easy to get"... do you mean high approval rates? Or, for bad credit?

If it's your first card, they will start you off with a low limit because you have no credit history or a low salary. AMEX and Discover will give you a higher credit limit but at the same time they have higher credit history qualifications and are accept at fewer businesses.

All credit cards are easy to get but with credit limit it's something that you have build up over time, unless you have an existing credit history or have a good salary. They're not gonna give you a $5,000+ spending limit when you have zero history or don't make much money.
