I have a doberman and she is about little over 3 years old. Last month we took her to another dogs house so they can mate and they did twice. Now her ribs are starting to look bigger and there used to be some of her nipples that wouldnt show and now they are coming out. What are the chances of her being pregnant?

She is most likely. IF you want to be sure you can get a ultrasound from a vet . Mine only cost 70 dollars and it was really neat and they can also estimate how many are in there. You may have to call a few vets to get the best price but it is worth it! If you want to you can go to www.debbiejensen.com and it has really good info on pregnancy and whelping .

And the person below me needs to learn to spell or type before she tries to tell someone off! Don't worry about people like her . At least you are trying to learn now. Just make sure those puppies go to responsible loving homes ..

why did you breed her on purpose without knowing anythign??????
Do you know anything about either dog as far as generations back with hip problems or any other genetic problems and I'm not talking their parents but at LEAST 5 generations back. did you have both parents checked for hip displasia or any other generic problems.
What are you going to do with the pups when tehy are weaned and erady for homes??do yo know the laws of selling pups where I live there is a 10 day warantee for getneral health, a 2 year on genetics and several others like having all pups vacinated by the vet.
Do you know if the femal should be having additional vitamins or calcium
You should NEVER BREED without knowing wht you are doing.
To be sure take your dog to the vets and be responsible.
Brreding cost money and if done right you don't make any money because it cost.
Good luck

Even experts can't tell until 5 weeks after breeding and if she's only gonna have 1 or 2 you might not see any signs until she gets milk and that might be the day before she gives birth. You need to get her on a better diet if you expect her to have healthy puppys and then nurse them.

Well if they "did: it then she probably is pregnant. Start to count 63 days from that day and thats when the pup should arrive. Give or take a few days.
Better start to read up on whelping and care for new born pups.
