My mom told me to take a water pill because my face is really puffy and she thinks i have too much water in my body...I used to weight 130, was cut up, and had abs and all... i would like this back...

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well, you might be retaining some water. If you take the water pill it'll help with that problem. Increase the amount of water you drink and decrease the amount of salty stuff you eat. If you drink alcohol that'll make you retain water as well. As far as losing 20 lbs. the water pill isn't going to help you achieve that. You need to decrease your calorie intake and/or burn off fat by doing some cardio and weight training.

Don't take the water pills!!! Trust me I know. I do bodybuilding competions and they only work for a certain amout of time, and if you don't know what your doing you'll destroy your kidneys. Instead of taking pill start changing your diet. Chicken, veggies, fruit, and grains. Try eating 5-6 meals a day to keep your metablism going. Try eating carrots, smoothies, and peanuts for a snck instead of chips. Also you'll want to start running or biking about 3 times a week. Along with cardi sart light weight training to increase strength and improve your tone.Keeping yourself motivated is key, so keep a journal and take pictures to track your progress.
