I am only interested in those who are serious about this way of eating. I would like to lose 15lbs., but would like to keep it off instead of going back and forth with it. I have read the book and now want some serious advice or tips from all of you out there who eat low carb to be successful. I also work out an hour a day 5x's a week regardless of my wanting to lose weight or not.

To be healthiest, stay away from cheeses which are very high in fat, or limit yourself to cheese just occasionally. Eat the lean protein, fish or chicken, and salads. Although I know it's allowed, forget fatty meats and mayonnaise, etc. Eggs are good, too. I lost a lot of weight on Atkins (45 lbs) and have kept it off for 4 years.
