Is it true that sandals can hurt your feet I have heard that a lot of times everywhere and I wear sandals a lot. I stopped when I heard this. But is this true?Or false?

Basically the answer is a resounding FALSE.
Of course, it depends upon the individual. If you are clumsy like me, it would be safer to wear a good solid shoe. Then there is the case of getting blisters (also applies to me). My wife is a Filipino and wore nothing but flip-flops and sandals before we married and no foot problems. When we were first married, I was stationed in Germany and many Germans wore sandals even in the winter time.
So, aside from blisters (apparently not your case, since you said you wore them a lot) or clumsiness and getting injured, sandals are not harmful for your feet.

The answer is FALSE. No they aren't bad for your feet only if they don't fit right. Its better for you feet to freeeeeeeeeeeee and get air. Your feet weren't meant to be covered all the time. In some case it the next best to being barefoot.

Depends...are they stiletto heels? If you wear very high heels for long periods of time, you can hurt your feet. Otherwise, if you don't feel pain when you wear your sandals, you'll be fine.
