how can i loose weight i am in 6th grade and 120 pounds wut do i do?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Just because you're in the sixth grade doesn't mean you have to lose weight. We need to know how tall you are to give you a..proper, detailed..idea.

But, at any rate, do a lot of swimming..it's really fun, and it's good for the summer time, And, if you're not telling your parents you want to loose weight, it's totally innocent. ( you know, you just want to cool off in the summer, how can they say no?)

Or run. Running is really good, and it will make your lungs hold more oxygen, so eventually, you could be the best runner in your class :D

Generally speaking, to lose weight, eat less and/or excercise more. Eat well: you know, plenty of fruits and vegetables, etc.

eat lots of fruits, vegetables, chicken, seafood, and asian food. try not to eat american foods like fries, burgers, pizza. i lost 10 pounds in one week just sticking to that diet. drink lots of water and go walk a friends dog or something =)
