There are so many scams on line, I would ask a legal person such as a CPA or Attorney if you were declared a winner of some lump sum of money,There may be way's of stopping them,for good!

No, Its a scam. They will get your information then drain your bank acct. They will ask for money from you to get the transfer done, then they have you. Don't ever open one of those things. If you do they will drive you batty with others.
