well u should start with small things maybe u can lift everyday house items like bottles of water when u get strong enough try to do pushups maybe if u can only do two its a start if u work everyday it should get easier and u can probably do more

Go to Walmart and get some 2-4 pound hand weights. It will cost you about $2/weight. Not too bad.
Also, don't push yourself too hard. You're 14.

Go to the gym..or maybe if your high school has a gym that students are allowed to use..either way..there's always ways..and push ups: u get better as u do them.

trying giving them rides.. it's fun for them and you get a work out.
