Ok well, i am 20 years old, 5'5 and weigh 150 pounds... i used to weight 130 and was cut up..had abs and all but for some reason i gained weight... I recently started running every other day at the track and it's been about a week and i haven't let of any weight... I goal is to weight 130 pounds and get my abs back. I have a heart condition so i am not allowed to lift weights...so running is the only option i have... I do eat healthy on the most part, also since i have gained the weight my face has become puffy and would like to get rid of it. A friend of mine told me to just drink muscle milk 3 times a day along with some fruits and vegetables and a lot of water for a month... I thought this sounds a little retarded...Someone give me their thought on his....

Please someone give me advice ... maybe what to eat? ... how to lose 20 pounds, get abs back, and lose the puffyness in my face... TY!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I know this isn't the right answer for the question, but I am actually answering a previous question of yours about your audio system.

Here's your answer - Maximum Pre-Output Voltage 2 V

Set the gain (level) at 2 and your done.

diet and exercise. Plus a good 7 or 14 day detox program is a nice jumpstart.
