take baby steps..first start of by talking with the guy little by little so you become more comfortable around him. then once you feel you're comfortable around him bring up the topic & express your feelings. remember talk straight from the heart [= it might also be easier to do conversations online first.. i found that helped a lot when i was too shy to tell a guy something.

Im going to give you the same advice ive given countless teeniebopper shy girls before you (got best answer for some also).
Do you just wanna fully bust it out, or do you want to drop hints. Both methods have their merits. If he is a tuned in guy you can drop him some suttle hints and he should pick up on it. If he is so invovled in his own shyness to not notice then perhaps just telling him is the only option.
If thats the case, just pull him aside and drop it on him. The poor guy probally will be shell shocked but eventually he will sorta peice it all together.

first of all dont be ashamed in saying that u like somebody cause its true tell him over the phone if he says sumthin back he likes u 4 shur if he doesnt like u back than there r plenty of good men/boys out there dont waste ur time trying to gain just ones heart

I'm shy so I have my friends tell him. But if you don't want to tell him that way then give him a note.

get a friend to tell him, that way if he doesnt like you your friend can break it to you gently.. if he does like you your friend can set the two of you up
