This isn't cheap for a 1995 mulibu. $4,000 would be high. I own a 1998 Lumina and it cost new $21,000.00 were as a Mulibus that year was around $17,000.00 . My car now is worth from $4,500.00 to $5,000.00 Look it up on the web, and see what a 1995 Mulibu brings.

Probably because these are often used as rental and fleet cars. They drive them a certain number of miles and flip them.

They have major issues w/ them. Stay clear of them.
