What is the difference in appearance between a Pitbull and a Bulldog?

I have always loved Bulldogs I was looking at a website that sold Bulldogs and one that sold Pitbulls

if you are asking this question cause you want to buy one then i would highly reccomend a pitty, bulldogs have a huge range of health probs cause of there rolly type skin they get lots of skin probs and theyre short noses causes snoring and some breathing problems.
pitbulls are a much taller leaner dog with the boxy muzzle and head they are very attractive dogs bull dogs are cute but you really need to be committed to own one.

Pitbulls have longer lets and often have their tales left intact. They also have a longer muzzle.
Bulldogs are short and stout. Their tails are docked and they have a large round head with a very short muzzle..many of them have pronounced underbites. Hope this helps!

Bulldogs are usually expensive as it takes a lot of time and $$ to breed them. They are prone to breathing difficlties and cannot tolerate heat well. Very laid back once mature, pretty much a couch potato.
Pits have a bad rep, may not be totally deserved but I do not believe they are a dog for inexperienced first time owners.

I assume your talking about an american bulldog? They have "fat" heads. and the ears are button (triangle and sit on forhead). They are bigger (taller) and more porportinate. They resemble boxes with longer noses. They look icky with cropped ears- but you don't see many with ears like that.
