Heavyweights usually weigh more than light-heavyweights but it is not a rule.

Recently the heavyweight class moved it minimum weight from anything above 190 to anything 200 pounds.

No limit, a man weighing 100lbs can be a heavyweight boxer but he won't be effective, the max limit of the weight class below (cruiserweight) is 200lbs
