I think he could of been embarassed, but why would he, we were just friends, but we both had feelings for each other, yet I try to call him, email him, but he never replies to my email, and I can never get a hold of him on his phone. I am afraid he might hate me now, or he was just embarassed. I was told to give him space, but it is really bothering me to know what he thinks of me. If he is mad at me, why won't he tell me the reason?

First of all, wait for him to call you. If he's not answering or calling you back there's a reason. He'll call you when he's ready to talk about it so be patient or you will push him away. Maybe you did or said something that embarrassed him. Next time you're around him, watch how many drinks you have and don't go overboard. He'll call eventually. Leave him alone for now. He knows you've been calling and emailing...he's not ready to talk yet.

He could have been embarrassed and disappointed in you. Sometimes we act like complete idiots drunk! It doesn't make us attractive, except to those who have had way more than us or guys who think yeah, we're drunk... now to get our pants off. I'm sure he just didn't like seeing you like that, and isn't sure how to react now. If he isn't responding, I'm sure he has a good reason for it, or he is thinking how to approach you about how it made him feel... well, he should. Otherwise, that is kinda rude and immature. I'd have to agree, give him time and maybe he'll come around. If he doesn't, it is his loss that he isn't giving you a chance.

You say you were just friends, and then you say you have feelings for each other, so your escapade did have something to do with him and probably embarrassed him. Quit chasing this, you will only driving him further away. You are sounding desperate and desperation is never attractive. Someone gave you some good advice on giving him some space, so why don't you take it?

He definitely has feelings for you and the fact that you were drunk in public kinda ruined his ideal image of you as "the one". Right now, he's probably rethinking his interest in you. If he's a true friend then he will accept you no matter what just give him a little more time. Good luck.

You screwed up. Your behavior turned him off, and possibly scared him a little. Drunk in public is serious. And 'just' embarrassed is a big deal. No one likes to be embarrassed. And just for future reference, drunks are very ugly people. YOU should be embarrassed, and maybe that's his problem with it....you're not.

First of all... stop getting drunk in public. Second of all... you've made the attempts to get ahold of him... if he wants to talk to you he'll get back to you. His silence speaks a lot more than words. Sorry... it might be time to move on.

its not very lady like to be stumbling around drunk, and yes some guys think that is a turn off, me included.
