find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

1. How tall are you? If you're a tall girl (5'8'' or above) you're probably fine.
2. How much muscle do you have? This could be a lot of your weight.
3. You're going through puberty. You're going to gain weight, it's inevitable.
4. Make sure you don't have a disease that causes you to gain weight (hypothyroidism or depression).
5. If you really need to lose weight (and your doctor agrees with you) then eat healthy and exercise.
6. Don't listen to other people. For example, the first poster who said:
1) stop eatin them tasty snickers
2) get off your lazy butt
-or- this girl who has no idea what she's talking about:
You need to not eat anything fried! I mean nothing!!! No soda!!!! And really only eat salad and fruit!!!! And water.
7. Accept your body! You'll feel so free : ]

-i found that if u just plain stop eating junk food for a whole
week youll get addicated to healthy foods by the end of the
week and you wont crave junk food anymore
oh and if you just once a day maybe get a yoga tape and do it in the mornings you will lose a ton of weight
-plus eat a big HEALTHY breakfest and youll be 50% less hungry thoughout the rest of the day
-and when your doing this dont step on a scale or look at yourself in the mirror (excluding getting ready like your hair and makeup and stuff) if you do then youll feel like your not losing weight
-also make sure your getting phsical activity like 30 min 3x a week at least
-if you dont like sports, do thing like gardining, Dance Dance Revouloution, swimming in the pool walking your dog, take a dance class or something
-also dont lose to much weight or else youll be obssesed with it and get an eating disorder
-go to health food stores and they have very yummy and nutrisious foods there and things like that
-take vitamins for anything you arnt getting enough of in your diet
good luck

Incorporate small portions of protein at every meal. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat fat free dairy. Eat chicken, fish, turkey, and lean meats.
Workout 5 days a week: do crunches, walking, swimming, and light dumbbells. Find something you enjoy like dancing, pilates, or tae bo.
Minimize junk/fatty foods like greasy pizza, burgers, fries, shakes, and baked goods.
Eat whole grains. Foods like brown rice, and organic whole wheat bread.
It's good that you're taking care of your health and body!

Do you honestly need help, or is this really that you want someone else to do your work for you? Honestly, this is just plain abuse. Fortunately for you, somebody desperate for points will probably do this for you. Unfortunately for you, you will be guilty of plagiarism and cheating if you turn someone else's work in as though you did it yourself. If you honestly need HELP, then get specific about what is confusing you.

Make sure you are getting proper amounts of exercise. Are you parents the same way? Drink plenty of water. Watch all your starches and make sure you follow the food pyramid.

Hit the gym, pool, tennis court, etc. Watch what you eat and how much of it and don't get discouraged... this stuff takes time. Good luck.

how tall are you? and have you had your body fat percentage taken lately? Have a parent or guardian take you to see a nutritionist. They'll have the best plan for you!
